MG5 launches in Bangladesh

MG 5, a next-generation sports sedan, has been officially released in Bangladesh by RANCON British Motors Limited. As per RANCON, two variants of MG 5 will be made available in Bangladesh: turbo and non-turbo, priced at BDT 39 lakh and BDT 36 lakh respectively. 

The sedan was unveiled at a launching ceremony at RANCON's Tejgaon-Gulshan Link Road showroom on October 18. It will be available for test drives and purchases at all RANCON British Motors Limited outlets.

As per an official press release, the MG 5 can go 0 to 100 km/h in 8.3 seconds. It comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, cruise control, sunroof, and electric parking brake. With the promise of affordable sedans, the MG 5 has an overall great outlook and colour options including red, blue, white, yellow, and grey.

"The MG 5 is one of the most exciting sedans around. Whether for use or cruise, you can be confident that the vehicle is always looking to do more to excite," stated Muhammad Mostafizur Rashid Bhuiyan, Executive Director of Rancon British Motors Limited, during the ceremony.

Farhana Karim, Managing Director of Rancon Holdings Limited; Muhammad Mostafizur Rashid Bhuiyan, Executive Director of Rancon British Motors Limited; and Hussain Mashnoor Chowdhury, CEO of Rancon British Motors Limited; were present at this unveiling ceremony among other officials of Rancon and influencers.
